10 year fixed rate mortgage

WOW! I have never been a big promoter of 10 year fixed rate mortgages. But I had to mention this new special that just came in. I don't know how long it will last, but right now you can lock in your mortgage at 4.39% for 10 years.
3.29% 5 year fixed rate SPECIAL

Bank of Canada Rate Announcement

Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney held his benchmark interest rate at 1 percent Tuesday, citing heightened uncertainty over the global outlook and the European debt crisis, while hinting that he remains a long way off from even thinking about loosening the cost of borrowing.
It has now been 60 weeks since the last variable rate increase. The Bank of Canada is strongly hinting that it will be probably even longer than a year before we see the next increase.
